Window Cleaning
How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned?
For most Gold Coast homes, we recommend a professional window clean every six months. If your property is near the beach or ocean, more frequent cleans are advisable – salt air and humidity cause build-up faster and can permanently stain glass if left too long. Retail shopfronts in busy areas benefit from monthly cleans.
What does a window clean include?
Our window cleaning service includes the glass, frames, window tracks, and fly screens. We can also clean pool glass, balcony balustrades, mirrors, and louvres. Just let us know what you need when you book.
How do you clean windows on upper floors without ladders?
We use a Pure Water System with extendable poles that safely reach up to five storeys high – no ladders needed in most cases. This protects your property from marks or damage and allows us to clean high-rise apartments, strata complexes, and multi-storey homes efficiently and safely.
Do you clean the inside of windows as well as outside?
Yes. We clean both interior and exterior glass. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can plan the job accordingly.
What time of year is best for window cleaning on the Gold Coast?
The Gold Coast’s subtropical climate means there’s no bad time for window cleaning. That said, beachfront or coastal properties may need more frequent cleans in summer when humidity and salt spray are at their peak.
Can you clean Body Corporate and apartment buildings?
Yes. We regularly clean strata, Body Corporate, and apartment complexes of all sizes, reaching up to five storeys with our long-reach Pure Water System equipment.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should gutters be cleaned on the Gold Coast?
We recommend a gutter clean at least once or twice a year — ideally before and after storm season. Properties with overhanging trees may need more frequent cleans. Blocked gutters during Queensland’s wet season can cause serious water damage to your roof, walls, and foundations.
What happens if gutters aren't cleaned regularly?
Clogged gutters cause water to back up into your roof and walls, leading to water damage, mould, and in some cases termite infestation. In the dry season, debris-filled gutters are also a fire hazard. Note that some insurers can deny claims if gutters have been neglected.
Do you clean the downpipes as well as the gutters?
Yes. We clean your gutters and downpipes right to the elbow, making sure water flows freely through the entire drainage system.
Can you clean gutters on multi-storey homes and commercial buildings?
Yes. We can safely clean gutters on properties up to five storeys high, including large residential homes, unit complexes, commercial buildings, and strata properties.
Is it safe to clean my own gutters?
It is not recommended. Working at heights on ladders is one of the most common causes of serious injury at home. Professional gutter cleaners have the right equipment, training, and insurance to do the job safely.
Solar Panel Cleaning
How much can cleaning my solar panels improve their efficiency?
Regular solar panel cleaning can restore efficiency by up to 40%. Dust, bird droppings, pollen, and salt build-up all block sunlight from reaching the cells. Clean panels generate more power and help keep your electricity bills lower.
Can I use detergent or soapy water to clean solar panels?
No – cleaning solar panels with detergent or household products can void your manufacturer’s warranty. We use a Pure Water System with deionised water and soft brushes, which is the safe, warranty-compliant method recommended by most panel manufacturers.
How often should solar panels be cleaned on the Gold Coast?
At least twice a year for most properties. Homes near the coast, under trees, or in areas with high bird activity may benefit from quarterly cleaning to prevent build-up that reduces output over time.
Do you clear debris and nesting from around solar panels?
Yes. As part of our solar cleaning service we clear debris from around your panels and can advise on bird-proofing options to prevent nesting under the panels, which can cause significant damage over time.
Will you let me know if my solar panels are damaged?
Yes. Our team inspects your roof and panels during the clean and will flag any damage, cracking, shading issues, or pest activity so you can address it early.
Pressure Cleaning & House Washing
What surfaces can you pressure clean?
We pressure clean driveways, pathways, pool surrounds, fences, house exteriors, and roofs. We use low to moderate pressure combined with a pre-treatment solution that breaks down mould and organic matter first, protecting delicate surfaces like render, pavers, and timber decking.
Does pressure cleaning damage surfaces like pavers or render?
Not with our method. We apply a specialised treatment to break down organic matter before rinsing with low to moderate pressure, which preserves the integrity of the surface. We do not use high-pressure blasting on sensitive materials.

Yes. We take before and after photos on every job so you can see the results clearly — especially useful if you are not home during the clean.

Do you offer a pensioner's discount?

Do I have to be home when you clean?
Not necessarily. We can complete all exterior work – windows, gutters, solar panels, and pressure cleaning – while you are out. We would prefer you to be home for interior window cleaning, but if that is not possible, all our staff hold current police checks and can be trusted on your property.
